This is my replica of the ring King Richard III wears on his little finger in the world-famous late 16th century portrait in the National Portrait Gallery, London.
Richard III (2 October 1452 – 22 August 1485) was King of England and Lord of Ireland from 1483 until his death in 1485. He was the last king of the House of York and the last of the Plantagenet dynasty. His defeat and death at the Battle of Bosworth Field, the last decisive battle of the Wars of the Roses, marked the end of the Middle Ages in England.
I have made this ring with a raw brass setting with bezel and a faux pearl inset.
The ring is a chunky style size UK M-N at its smallest but is fully adjustable as you can gently pull it apart to make it larger. The ring is open at the back.
