Mary Queen Of Scots necklace

Mary, Queen of Scots (8 December 1542 – 8 February 1587), also known as Mary Stuart or Mary I of Scotland, reigned over Scotland from 14 December 1542 to 24 July 1567.

I have made a portrait of Mary into a 13 x 18 mm glass oval. This is then set onto the locket which opens to reveal a quote which reads:

“To be kind to all,
to like many and love a few,
to be needed and wanted by those we love,
is certainly the nearest
we can come to happiness.”

The locket is set on an 18 inch bronze belcher chain.

The necklace will come in my gift box.
